Rick has been a trusted service advisor for years. This is my 2nd GMC Yukon and I’ve only used this dealership. The same advisors have been there for years. Very low turnover is a great sign. Lou used to be an advisor and now he’s the service manager - nice to see promotion from within - and he’s done a fantastic job. The service team is friendly and welcoming and they go out of their way to make you feel like your vehicle is in good hands.
I noticed that the service department was friendly this time. They greeted the patrons as they arrived. Also Tony Tiano( my Service Advisor) was Great. Please keep up the good work! A smile goes a long way.

I did not have a service appointment but since my oil change light had come on and I had a trip that afternoon to Pittsburgh I took my chances, arrived at the service dept. a little after it opened and my car was taken care of. The person waiting on me could not have been nicer; a very pleasant man!
