Your dealership is fantastic, the best I have experienced in my 38 years of owning vehicles. I especially have to get a shout out to Sonny in the service department. He always explains thoroughly what the issue may be with my vehicle as well as putting me at ease that is can be remedied.
I was called cause my car was ready so when I got there the next day , my car wasn’t ready at all . Had a flat tire and than then when the fixed it . The car didn’t start now had to wait again so they can fixed the battery so I left 5 hrs later so disappointed

I didn't expect to buy a car the day we visited the dealership. Our salesperson, Ernie, answered all our questions as we test drove 3 different cars. We were so impressed with the GMC Traverse that we bought one that day. I havenever purchased a car so quickly!

I have not had my car for 3 years and both head lights are out. I have a Camry thats 8 year old and it still has its original head lights. My point being is that the headlights should not have been burnt out. Ricky was of good help.
The service that I received can. Not be. Topped. I was greeted and taken care of with no wait time by the time I was done with the advisor the rental car was ready for me to go and do the walk thru this team is kind efficient and Excellent in helping there customers
I was met outside by a team member (I didn't have to park and go inside) who greeted me and asked me to pull under the new covering. Fred then came out and took care of things from there. When the work was done, Fred came and got me upstairs, walked me to his desk, explained everything, then walked me over to the cashier. VERY pleasant experience all the way around! MUCH improved from previous visits!
You performed an oil change and after service my car leaked oil all over my paved driveway. Had to bring it back. Now I have to pay for my tire rims need to be replaced even though it is a manufacturing defect (peeling).
