No communication!! We went there for a recall and asked them to put in a new battery. We were also having problems with the speakers not working in cold weather the last few weeks (which affected not only the radio function, but all other notification sounds (like the turn signal sound, door ajar alert, phone Bluetooth etc...) Although not major, you'd think this would be a safety issue recall. They said they'd 'diagnose it' and let us know. No one called us except to say that the truck was ready. No one said they'd charge $150 to plug it in. We said this when we went to pay for what we thought was just a battery install and were told that it needed a 'software update and rather than CHARGE us more to download it, they went ahead and did it for us'. GEE, THANKS!! How unthoughtful, greedy and sneaky!

Brought my Acadia in for shaking wheel while driving and for a "service airbag" light. Airbag was fixed and light is off, and I was charged a lot of money to rotate and balance my tires, which the car now "pulls" to the right and my driver seat doesn't seem to lock into place.
