Had an appointment set and when I arrived, I was told my oil change would take about an hour or so. When I checked after an hour, my car was just taken in to start. Waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

My car had a sudden issue while driving and had to be towed into the dealership. My advisor Sonny was very understanding and worked hard to get my car fixed in a reasonable amount of time and also was able to provide me a loaner while my car was being diagnosed and fixed. He went above and beyond to help in a difficult situation.

Great job at reception. Chris came right out to process the truck. The pick-up was somewhat slow. I came in on a Saturday morning and there was only 1 person taking care of the loaner car check in and payments. Had a 20 minute wait for this.
