I haven't had my vehicle a year yet haven't been able to enjoy it due to ongoing maintenance issues I just pick my vehicle up on Thursday. Had it only for one day and having problems with it made appointment to bring it back on Wednesday June 20th

Had a great experience when initially purchasing the car..my salesperson John Guevarra helped with all questions I had...but upon my last visit for service I had double-checked to make sure my first oil change and tire rotation would be complimentary..which I was told by the lady in the service dept that it would be.. unfortunately at the time of service I was informed that she was wrong and I had to end up spending the last little bit of money I had for the wkd...Caught me by surprise to say the least especially when I called to check before I even scheduled my appointment...

I wish to commend Service Advisor #1 Ricky Calado who originated the trouble report for the 2017 Buick Regal - Radio Operation and overall trouble with monitor, blinkers and air conditioning on 6/13/2018 and an order for a new radio was placed. I wish to highly commend Service Advisor Fred Sheppard who took over the case on 6/15/2018 and attempted to reprogram radio until new radio arrives. Mr. Sheppard was extremely efficient and his coordinated plan of action between customer and Mr. Sheppard went very smoothly. Customer arrived on 6/16/2018 and the radio was on site. Work began immediately and went smoothly and within a short period of time it was completed. What could have been a dragged out situation was a wonderful experience for the customer. Mr. Sheppard explained the situation, coordinated the plan of action and was available to the customer throughout the action. Thank you.

Mechanic fixed $900 worth of struts but never thought to test drive it to see what the problem was or if it was fixed. I drove it a half mile and heard the same complaint I brought it there for. There were wire nuts left in the floor boards, the oil change meter was never reset and they never put a new sticker for oil change mileage. Anthony came out to reset it and give me a sticker. In addition, the service esc was supposedly fixed... this is the third time this was fixed by this dealer. Additionally, the service center broke my console and the door that closes in the charging outlet. I brought it back the next day and the mechanic denied it. Of course he did. I close that door. I keep it closed. It was open and wouldn't stay closed. It's broken. The console is also broken. It was loose and moved with a simple shake of the hand. It wasn't like that when i brought it in. The car is still there. Fred has done a nice job of telling me he is doing everything he can to contain costs. I love Fred. He has always been a good guy. He has always been fair with me. He is in a bad spot making excuses for bad work and damage done to my car by the service center. I paid $100 as a deductible to have my car fixed. Greenbrook charged my warranty $800 for parts that didn't need replacement. Now they had to come inspect the car because they realized there was some sketchy charges going on. I won't be paying my deductible twice for service that was erroneous and I won't be paying to fix a console broken by your service center. My bill to fix what wasn't fixed and what was broken at your location will be $0. Luckily my warranty covers the door your service center broke. I have always had a good experience with Greenbrook. I bought my GMC Terrain from you. I hope this can be remediated so I can continue getting service and purchasing future vehicles at this center.

My 15 year old Sierra Denali pickup was experiencing difficulties in maintaining engine performance. It would transition to "Limp Mode" at the drop of a hat and without warning. Tony Tiona and his crew did a great job turning the truck's performance around and back to the high standard I have come to expect from GMC. I am spoiled by this vehicle and know that (short of winning the lottery) a new replacement will never be in the picture for me. To be able to count on keeping this vehicle on the road through proper repairs and maintenance means a great deal to this disabled Veteran. Thanks for the good work in a timely manner at a decent cost..
